I’m Meagan Hamilton, a Richmond, VA native, and double VCU Ram. 

And I will do almost anything for the plot (and a bit of pocket money).

A brief history of my odd jobs:

• Convincing the county court to give me a work permit at age 13 just to teach swim lessons.
• Taking literally any sitting job (ask me about the time I lizard-sat).
• Working a $5,000 opening day at an ice cream shop, which really helped when I had to confess to sweating into a tub of Salted Caramel.
• Meeting a woman at a winter craft fair and getting hired immediately to do Turkish towel inventory in her freezing backyard shed.
• Moving from the storefront to the ice cream truck. If you want to know true panic, ask me how many times we’ve broken down on the side of I-95.
• Interning at an ice cream sandwich brand where I packed PR boxes in -40 degree freezers, one of which was for Guy Fieri.
• Taking shots with a guy at a dive bar and successfully talking my way into a gig at his winery.

Years of bizarre side gigs proved I can find common ground with anyone, which really comes in handy when you are refereeing a throuple fight over a bar tab. These odd jobs taught me that business is sweaty, chaotic, and completely reliant on knowing how to read real people. This led me to study Strategy at the VCU Brandcenter, learning how to apply that boots-on-the-ground mentality to brands, making them culturally relevant and true to human nature.
