As a kid, that looked like wanting to be a veterinarian, an actress, an animator, an astronaut, a singer— at one point even a black cat (still not a bad backup plan).

Nowadays, the curiosity's taken on a new form. I'm drawn to the space between what people say and what they actually do— how quirks form, how unexpected opinions spread, and why some things catch on while others fade into irrelevancy.

Lately, I spend my time learning about a little bit of everything. Niche internet subcultures, strange tall tales, myths, oddities, and generally the kinds of details most people scroll past— because these spots are usually where the most interesting tidbits lie.
